EVALUATION OF PERICLES' ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

Abstract

In this article, Perikles’s managerial activities who is the ruler of the city of Athens in Ancient Greek, that assesments included in the theoretical context. This article is structured on the basis of a systematic approach that includes the description of what Perikles experienced “what-how?”. In the article managerial activities of Perikles have been transformed into the scientific explanations where interpretative phenomenological approach is adopted from qualitative research methods. The essence of the managerial activities of Perikles’s discussed in the context of contemporary strategic management literature found in different historical and philosophical sources,
