The purpose of this article is to provide a literature review on the developments in strategy and entrepreneurship theory and the emergence of the Strategic Entrepreneurship structure. It also researches and presents the literature on the relationship between strategic entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial orientation. With strategic entrepreneurship, it has been tried to determine how firms create and maintain competitive advantage while simultaneously identifying and utilizing new opportunities. This article reviews a series of publications describing the methodology, findings, and alternative approaches to examine prominent concepts and emphases in the phenomenon of strategic entrepreneurship. It is aimed to reveal the field structure and dynamics of this concept, which can affect the future of organizations that have blended strategy and entrepreneurship under its roof, by addressing its role in company growth. An attempt has been made to draw a framework for structuring the field, which includes the themes and sub-themes in the literature, and their focus and emphasis.
