Abstract

With globalization, customer demands have rapidly evolved, increasing the importance of logistics activities. Logistics ensures that all processes between the producer and the final consumer are completed on time, smoothly, and at optimal cost. It is a critical business function for companies seeking competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. In this context, logistics performance is considered a key indicator of the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations at both national and firm levels. As the logistics sector has advanced, academic interest in logistics performance has also grown significantly. This study analyzes 39 articles published between 2004 and 2024 in TR Dizin-indexed academic journals using the keyword “logistics performance.” A bibliometric analysis method was applied. The studies were examined according to predefined parameters, and frequency analysis identified the main research topics. Network analysis using VOSviewer was conducted to reveal the strength of clusters, as well as the connections and interactions between studies. The results compile national literature on logistics performance, highlight research gaps, and offer suggestions for future studies. Most studies focus on logistics process optimization, digital transformation, and sustainability. These findings are expected to contribute to further research in the field.
